Healthwatch Shropshire gives a voice to the key issues that affect people who use health and care services in the county. The report gives details of some of the actions we have taken in response to feedback received from members of the public.

A report of our Annual Event, 2015 It focused on the importance of achieving parity between mental and physical health provision within Shropshire. It was intended to spread awareness and help understanding of how mental health services are offered.

We reviewed the recommendations in the 2013 maternity services review and developed some key issues to discuss with staff and patients at each of the four units, Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Oswestry and Shrewsbury
