Chief Officer - Lynn Cawley

As Healthwatch Shropshire's Chief Officer I support our Board, develop and maintain our relationship with key partners and am responsible for ensuring that we deliver not only our statutory responsibilities but also our work programme for our local people.

Healthwatch Shropshire has a place on the Health and Wellbeing Board and I participate in the meetings to to represent the views of the people of Shropshire. Healthwatch Shropshire is also involved in a wide range of health and social care committees in the county and it is really important to attend so that we know what is going on and what the issues are. One of my roles is to make sure your opinions are heard by the service providers and commissioners to enable change.

I am also trained as an Authorised Representative for Enter & View visits.
