Our annual report tells the story of our work over the past 12 months.

Over 1000 Shropshire residents have taken part in our events and workshops, or given us their views on local health and care services.

Examples of where we have used the feedback we have received include:

giving children and young people mental health services a better understanding of how patients and their families view their services
supporting GP practices in the implementation of the NHS Accessible Information Standard
explored the barriers to accessing Social Prescribing facing Shropshire residents and fed this back to those designing and providing the services
highlighting the inequity Shropshire patients face when trying to access earwax removal services
