Healthwatch Shropshire Complaints Policy

Anyone who is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service received from Healthwatch Shropshire, including the Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service, can make a complaint under Healthwatch Shropshire’s complaints policy.

Individuals and organisations have the right to express their views about our performance and the way in which we conduct our business. We will treat both concerns and complaints in the same way as detailed in the following policy.
