Our engagement officer spoke to service users, members of staff and concerned others during clinic time at Crown House in Shrewsbury. The feedback covered not only the service provided by the Shropshire Recovery Partnership but also other local services.
- People had mixed views about the ease of access into the service and this seemed to be dependent on whether you were accessing the service as a drug or alcohol user.
