Help improve patient information
Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust (SaTH) are hoping to get as many people as possible involved in their Readers Group, to help inform them of anything that may need changing in their patient information leaflets.
Accurate, current and relevant information is vitally important for people who need health care and their families and friends. If you would be interested it helping the local Trust, who run Royal Shrewsbury and Princess Royal Hospitals, make sure their patient leaflets meet the best standards you can join their Reading Group, details are available on the form that is linked to below.
We are keen to hear about your experiences of information being used by any healthcare or social care service provider including SaTH.
If you have experience of information that is clear and helpful or perhaps not very clear or helpful please let us know and we can share good practice or work with service providers to improve things where it is not so good.
