Orthotics patients’ chance to share their views to enhance care experience
If you have used the Orthotic department it is your chance to share your views on the service you received from the Orthotics department at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt orthopaedic hospital.
The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital are keen to find out how patients have found their experience of the service they’ve received recently in a bid to improve patient care and overall experience. Patients are being encouraged to complete a short questionnaire six weeks after they have been supplied with their orthotic devices.
What is orthotic care?
Orthotic devices are specially designed shoe inserts to help support the feet and improve foot posture.
Patients have until May 2020 to complete the survey.
