About this event
We will be attending the network for voluntary and community groups, health care professionals, public sector providers and businesses who operate in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas.
The meeting will include an update on the Social Prescribing project in the Shrewsbury area.
We are keen to hear about experiences of participating in, or trying to access, Social Prescribing Projects.
